Grain processing company has been prosecuted for violation of the law
According to the relevant order of the Territorial Department of the Competition Committee of the Khorezm Region, the grain processing enterprise is subject to the provisions of Annex 2 to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Competition’ and Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 170 of 18 March 2020 and Annex 2 to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Competition’ and Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 170 of 18 March 2020 during the period of its activity in 2022-2023 and until 1 October 2024. Based on the above, the grain processing enterprise in accordance with Article 29 of the Law ‘On Competition’ and paragraphs 6, 7, 311 of the Regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 170 of 18 March 2020 and 28 October 2010 No. 239. Violations of the requirements of paragraph 36 of the Regulations (in force at the time of the violation), approved by Annex 1 to the decision, were established. The special commission of the regional department initiated a case against the company in accordance with the established procedure, based on the results of the consideration of which a decision was made to impose a material penalty. Instructions were also given to eliminate the violation and prevent its recurrence.
