A professional development training course on “Law Enforcement Practice” has been organized
A training course on “Law Enforcement Practice” was organized by the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee for legal service staff of the Committee and its regional offices.
Within the framework of the course, participants were provided with detailed explanations on the analysis of товар and financial markets, criteria of dominance and bargaining power, market entry barriers, determination of market shares, antitrust regulation practices, cartel agreements and unfair competition, competition requirements in public procurement and exchange trading, as well as assessment of the impact of regulatory legal acts on the competitive environment.
The sessions were conducted by specialists with extensive practical experience in the field.
Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded official certificates in accordance with установленный procedures.
At the end of the course, the Chairman of the Committee held an open dialogue with the legal service staff of the regional offices. During the discussion, special emphasis was placed on the importance of such training programs for specialists, as well as the high significance of the responsibilities assigned to them.
