On October 10–11, 2025, an international conference titled “Platform Economy: Competition Law and Market Power of Digital Platforms” commenced in Tashkent, organized by the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee in cooperation with the BRICS Competition Policy Center.
On September 22 of this year, in Kazan, Russian Federation, the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Training and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee organized a two-day practical training course on “Antimonopoly Compliance” for the management and employees of the State Unitary Enterprise “Electromagnetic Compatibility Center.”

Scientific and practical seminars are continuing
A scientific-practical seminar was held at Tashkent State University of Economics with the participation of the Director of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center, Doctor of Economics O.S.Jumaev, and the faculty members of the Department of Marketing. The seminar discussed the activities of the Marketing Department’s branch under the Center. Opinions were also exchanged on the submission of applications by the Center’s researchers as independent applicants to the department and on their further scientific activities. Within the framework of the event, issues of cooperation on utilizing the scientific and practical potential of the faculty members of the Marketing Department in future research were considered. #Competition Policy #University of Economics

At the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an event dedicated to the 34th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held under the slogan “For the Motherland, for the Nation, for the People!” During the event, the Chairman of the Committee, H.Turakhodjaev, delivered a speech, sincerely congratulating all employees on the holiday and expressing his best wishes.
