Within the framework of the Memorandum, practical cooperation activities continue steadily
Practical cooperation activities are consistently continuing within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee and Tashkent State University of Law.
Within the framework of this memorandum, a roundtable discussion for students of Tashkent State University of Law was organized today at the Competition Committee. During the event, responsible officials of the Committee provided detailed information about the reforms being implemented in our country aimed at developing a competitive environment and protecting consumer rights.
During the roundtable, participants received explanations on:
the key provisions of the Law “On Competition”;
the requirements of the Law “On Advertising”;
mechanisms for ensuring fair competition in goods and services markets;
the practice of antimonopoly regulation.
In addition, master’s students were introduced to practical case studies in this field, held an open dialogue with experts on the application of competition law, and received answers to their questions.
Such events help develop practical knowledge and skills in competition law among young lawyers and further strengthen scientific and practical cooperation between government bodies and research institutions.
